Introducing the Cub Con Mascots. We have two. One is a flying tiger kitten which we call “The Cub” and the other is a young neko (cat person) named Koneko. Koneko is new this year and we really need art to help us promote Cub Con. For that reason, we held the Cub Con Mascot Art Contest!
We were looking for images of Koneko in three formats. A round framed design which would be good as the front of a coin or button. A full body image of Koneko just being cute. We’ll use that full body image to copy and paste Koneko into other images. Finally, images of Koneko doing things that happen at Cub Con, such as working at the Maid Cafe, performing on stage, dancing at the rave, shopping in the dealer den, etc.
Winners received a free weekend pass to Cub Con and if we produce any promotional items, such as shirts or buttons, featuring your art, we’ll make sure you get a free one.

By submitting your art, you agree to allow the Southern Comics and Anime Nerds LLC (we run Cub Con) the non-exclusive right (Meaning you also retain the rights to use your artwork) to use your art for promotional purposes. We may also use your artwork on fund raising items such as T-shirts, mugs, buttons, etc.
AI submissions are not allowed. Please only submit human created art. AI submissions will be disqualified during judging.
Prizes include a free weekend pass to Cub Con and a free copy of any physical items we make featuring your art.
