Cub Con has a Dealer Den, Artist Alley, and Food Court.
Dealer Den booths ($150) are 10×10 and include one 6′ table, two chairs, and two exhibitor badges. You may set up your space any way you like, including additional tables, so long as you don’t intrude on your neighbor’s space.
Artist Alley tables ($50) include one 6′ table, two chairs, and two exhibitor badges. Artists may not add additional tables to their space, however, you may purchase two adjacent tables.
Food vendors ($25) may set up inside the food court area of the conference center. There are plenty of tables and chairs for your customers. You are expected to provide everything you need to prepare and serve your food. We will only provide a 10×10 space with an electrical outlet, two vendor badges, a 6′ table, and two chairs. NOTE: VSU prohibits outdoor food trucks. All food preparation and sales must take place INSIDE the building.
Dealer booths are for vendors selling retail items while artist tables are for the sale of items created by the individual. Artists who have enough products to fill a 10×10 space may purchase a dealer booth, but retail vendors may not purchase an artist table.
